All Qyaq Perfumes fragrances, reed diffusers, Bakhoor, and perfume oils are handcrafted in small artisanal batches using rare, high-grade botanical essences and aromatic oils.

• Due to the natural origin of certain raw materials, slight color variations or subtle nuances in maceration may occur between batches; this is a hallmark of authentic artisanal perfumery and not a defect.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, particularly for limited-edition seasonal releases.
• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

Prices for our products are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

We ship across India using premier express courier partners. Delivery timelines typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery of the items by the carrier. For international orders, customs duties, local taxes, or import clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

All content featured on this website—including but not limited to perfume bottle designs, packaging architecture, brand logos, scent names, photography, typography, and copywriting—is the exclusive property of Qyaq Perfumes and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property and trademark laws. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
