Refund & Returns Policy

At Qyaq Perfumes, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our ingredients. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed box with all protective cellophane intact.
• Returns consisting of the perfume bottle alone without its signature luxury packaging cannot be accepted.
• A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase from an authorized Qyaq online or retail store is required.

Once your return package arrives at our Mumbai atelier, our quality evaluation team will inspect the items to verify their condition. You will receive a prompt notification via email or WhatsApp confirming receipt and approval.

We utilize specialized climate-controlled and reinforced cushioning for every shipment. However, in the rare event that your fragrance arrives damaged, leaking, or different from your specification, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange an express courier pickup and provide a complimentary replacement bottle or a 100% refund with zero return shipping charges.

To uphold strict hygiene standards and protect the integrity of our aromatic formulations, the following items are non-returnable:

• Any perfume, reed diffuser, or Bakhoor box that has been opened, unsealed, or sprayed.
• Bespoke or customized fragrance creations formulated specifically for an individual client or corporate branding.
• Sample vials, discovery sets, and promotional gift bundles.
